I have paracetamol, dihydrocodine, diazapam, oramorph, some sort of gel, heat packs and a tens machine and I'm still not feeling the love. I'm just tired.
I want to go and do something but if I do I'll get cold and then it'll hurt more. I was supposed to be going to the football today but it's way to cold and I really shouldn't aggravate things.
I'm going to try and get the pain under control and then do some knitting if it doesn't hurt too much.
